Property Description

This nearly one-acre, treed rural lot offers a serene panorama of lush grassland and forest. Located on a historic, quiet country road in Cedar, this property is just steps from the ocean and Boat Harbour marina. The site is level to the road with room to build among the moss and arbutus, then the grade drops a little before sloping toward an expansive open space bordering Greenway Lake, framed by a scenic forest backdrop. Among the trees are some charming rock terraces and a stone staircase, and a private platform—ideal for a gazebo, deck, or temporary setup while you plan your dream home. Off to the side, a nook with three shipping containers for your storage, accessible by the existing driveway. The marina and ocean are only 500m away; Hemer Park trails just 3 minutes by car, groceries in just 7 minutes. This is one of those special rural neighbourhoods by the ocean, a good place for a legacy property. (id:7434)
