Property Description

Welcome to 98-98A Water Street West. This side by side duplex is the perfect property for a starter home for you and your family while you rent the other half of the property to help pay your mortgage. Or....the seller may entertain selling each unit separately! Both units are spacious with the main living area on the main floor and the bedrooms and baths are on the second floor. One side of the duplex is rented, the other side is currently being renovated and a new metal roof has just been installed. Both units were taking in $1600 but you could easily rent these for $1000 each. Each has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with lots of living space on the main floor. Each unit also has a nice deck to sit on during the summer to soak up the rays and watch the ships in the harbour. Your mortgage could be less than $800 a month with a 5% down payment and even less if you invest 10% or more. The property is being sold in its current condition, with no warranties or representation by the seller. Don't hesitate to call today and book a viewing! This could be your new home that mostly pays for itself! (id:7434)
