Property Description

Great opportunity to own a beautiful building in the heart of Carbonear's up and coming downtown business area. This property features an ocean front, 62' x 75' x 63' x 62' (approx) lot and the sale includes an additional 8800 square foot lot which can be used for parking, located across the road at 198 Water Street. The exact age of the original building is unknown but was completely rebuilt from the foundation up by the architectural firm who owned the building in the mid 1980’s. The building offers three floors of office and retail space that has been consistently rented over the years. The basement has two office spaces, each with it's own washroom and above ground windows at the back offering lots of natural light. Both the main floor and second floor have been subdivided to have 2 spaces each and there is one washroom on each floor. Both floors spaces could easily be changed to make one large space per floor.
