Property Description

Potential Investment!! This large property sits on a 3/4 acre lot. With 5 fairly large bedrooms and a kitchen, this could be made into a successful air bnb/ motel with a restaurant. Downstairs boasts a large room to be used as a bar/ commercial business and a smaller 2 bedroom apartment to either rent out or have live in owners run the business.10 Station is located near all amenities... 700 ft from the ocean. Property needs a complete overhaul, but for the right person with a vision it has strong bones. Please note property smells musky on the lower level and some mold located on the lower wall in the apartment bedrooms. Pictures are hard to do this justice and get a feel for what you are working with. (id:7434)
