Property Description

22 acre Oceanview hobby farm with desirable gently sloping west exposure. One stunning three level home with a 640sf primary bedroom and loft living space, with two additional outbuildings, one a studio/bunkie, the other an off grid new structure with loft, finished to lock-up. The true value in this property is the land which is NOT in the ALR so can be subdivided, either allowing a large family compound with multiple dwellings or fabulous investment potential with five 3 acre lots to sell at some future date. Rare to find 22 acre lots on Texada not within the ALR. Fenced orchard and garden add to the enjoyment of this property + a pond that retains water year round. A gardeners paradise with fertile soil and pure water from a 154' drilled well. Conveniently located 2 kms from the ocean and beautiful Shelter Point Park. (id:7434)
