Property Description

Welcome to Lot 2 on Porter Road. This woodlot listing consists of four combined parcels totaling approximately 267 acres. The first parcel features about 66.5 acres of untouched woodland, believed to contain rare white cedar, and boasts approximately 440 feet of frontage on Churchill Lake. The remaining three parcels comprise approximately 134.57 acres, 33.50 acres, and 32.91 acres. These parcels were partially harvested roughly 25 years ago; however, many mature trees, including white cedar, were left intact, and substantial regrowth has occurred since. The two smaller parcels extend to a river, offering a combined approximately 490 feet of river frontage. This expansive property presents a unique opportunity for harvest, conservation, or a great hunting location in a serene natural setting.(Property is subject to HST, over and above purchase price.)
