Property Description

This is a rare opportunity to own an unspoiled large waterfront parcel fronting the Hillsborough River. Not only is the Hillsborough great for fishing and catching oysters in pristine water, it is one of the best duck and goose hunting spots on the great American flyway. Rabbit hunting in the winter is as good as it gets. Having been owned by the same family for 100 years and then the current family for over 40 years, your ability to enjoy this property only 10 miles from Charlottetown is only limited by your imagination. There is plenty of timber to harvest or use to build your dream home. Do you crave wild blueberries, red raspberries and rare Chanterelle mushrooms? ****Seller is in the process of having land surveyed***. (id:7434)
