Property Description

South facing oceanfront from these spectacular ocean front lots where you will see seals from shore and watch seabirds and eagles flying by. This approximately 131 acres of forested land consists of 4 separate lots (PIDS) allowing the sale of some of the lots to offset the cost. There is access to the lots via Highway 217 and a deeded right of way through the road on the properties to the east. The waterfront on the lots totals over approximately 2000 feet. There is a large pond (almost a lake...!) which is lovely to look at and allows for water access. Old paths and roadways cross the lots in several places allowing good access to the forested back acres. There is power and fibre-op wifi at Highway 217. Near Tiddville is whale watching, beaches, and the provincial park at Lake Midway. Digby for all amenities is 25 minutes drive away. (id:7434)
