Property Description

A rare opportunity to live above where you work or enjoy two cash-flowing tenancies in one property at Okano Court in Steveston. This 6-unit strata is self-managed with pride and offers individual strata units featuring 2-bedroom, 2-storey residential units over street-level retail units. The residential component of this strata unit is 1,153 square feet, spotless, and move-in ready with one parking stall. The commercial component houses Steveston's iconic D Original Sausage Haus, renowned for its 5th-generation family recipes and as a go-to for fine imported cheeses and meats from around the globe. This 524-square-foot street-level CRU is currently tenanted until November 2028, and the tenant would love to stay on. Possibilities abound here, whether for a homeowner who will live above and enjoy income from the CRU, a business owner who is looking to secure their next location in one of the Lower Mainland's most popular tourist locations, or an investor looking to enjoy a dual-income property.
