Property Description

Imagine owning your very own private islands in the breathtaking Bay of Fundy! A hidden gem near the Maine/New Brunswick border and St Andrews where adventure and tranquility meet. This 34 acre paradise offers endless opportunities for exploration and relaxation. Comb the shoreline for unique rocks and minerals or watch for whales and seals at play. There is a rustic unserviced cabin on the smaller island and the previous owner installed a septic on the larger island in anticipation of a build. There may also be a natural spring on the larger island. Enjoy quiet evenings under one of most brilliant night skies imaginable, perfect for stargazing with very little light exposure. Surrounding waters are ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking or stay ashore and do some clam digging. These islands offer a safe serene retreat from the modern world. Remote and filled with wonder, its a rare opportunity to own a piece of true maritime wilderness. (id:7434)
