Property Description

Welcome to Lot 74 at Deep Woods, a beautifully maintained and fully serviced titled lot near Wakaw Lake, offering a turn key place to enjoy Saskatchewan summers. The property includes a 2015 35 ft fifth wheel with three slides and a spacious, comfortable interior. Inside you’ll find a private bedroom and full bathroom, vaulted ceilings, a well designed kitchen with island and plenty of cupboard space, dining table and chairs, loveseat, recliners, TV and electric fireplace. Outside, the site has been thoughtfully developed and exceptionally well kept. A permanent deck extends the living space outdoors, while the gravelled front yard keeps maintenance simple. There are two storage sheds, a gazebo with comfortable seating and a propane fire table, plus a separate wood burning firepit area. One of the nicest features is a small path through the trees leading to a second, more secluded firepit area at the back of the lot, giving you another sheltered place to sit depending on the weather and wind. A picnic table and BBQ are also included, and the furnishings and contents can be included with the sale, making this an easy property to simply arrive and start enjoying. Deep Woods is a gated community with amenities including a boat launch, modern playground, man made swimming pond and beach, walking trails and secure boat and ATV storage. Located just minutes from Wakaw and Wakaw Lake, it provides easy access to additional amenities while still offering a quiet lake setting. This is a titled lot, not a 99 year lease. (id:7434)
