Property Description

Over 100 acres of farm land and woods all ready to build your dream home located 15 minutes East of Peterborough. This property is extremely private with a long driveway. No need for entry permits to build an entry! Never mind bringing hydro, phone, well, or septic because it's already there. It's zoned for 2 dwellings, and the original house built in 1888 is still standing, so if you are a contractor, you can bring it back to life with a lot of TLC. It currently has working plumbing and electrical. The giant barn, also original to 1888, has finally collapsed giving you a plethora of expensive, building materials to work with or sell. The property is being sold as is, as a vacant land for building a home. Do not miss the opportunity to own this much land and gain this much privacy. (id:7434)
