Property Description

Terrific opportunity to build your year-round or seasonal home/cottage in this waterfront community on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. This vacant lot has a private well; septic or other sanitation type would have to be installed. This lot has indirect waterfront views from across the street. The seller (Mabo Westside Construction Ltd.) is a registered/Tarion family-owned builder with 61 years of construction experience and is willing to design/build your dream home for you. Price is plus HST, however please note that with the newly introduced enhanced HST rebate program by the government, this is a rare opportunity to take advantage of significant development savings on a newly built home (https://news.ontario.ca/en/release/1007212/ontario-expanding-hst-rebate-to-lower-the-cost-of-new-homes-in-partnership-with-the-federal-government).
